Today, we want to highlight one of our customers: Kiasma, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Helsinki.
Located in the centre of Helsinki, Kiasma is a contemporary art museum and part of the Finnish National Gallery. It is known for its exhibitions and creative workshops for both artists and visitors.
At the end of last year, reCovers had the honour of creating reusable shoe covers for Kiasma’s workshop programme. Designed for use in a creative museum environment, the covers were created to support workshops and help protect the space while offering a more reusable alternative to single-use plastic shoe covers.
We loved seeing how naturally reCovers became part of Kiasma’s workshop environment. It’s a small detail, but one that can help make everyday routines a little more thoughtful and more circular. For us, collaborations like this mean just as much as the product itself. Kiasma chose to collaborate with a small circular initiative from Gothenburg, and that kind of trust is incredibly meaningful to us. It gave reCovers the opportunity to become part of a new creative environment and showed how reusable solutions can fit naturally into cultural spaces and everyday routines.
Kiasma is one great example of how reusable solutions can become part of everyday routines in creative and cultural spaces.
